Riegel Property Management is a family owned and operated business that was established in 1988.   With a tradition of trust for 38 years and counting we continue our approach to managing properties as if they are our own.  With an average of 21 years of experience in property management our friendly staff is ready to help you with your individual needs.



Richard Riegel

Richard is the broker and founding member of Riegel Property Management.  He began Riegel Property Management in 1988.  He oversees capital improvements on properties, meets with prospective owners, handles mediation, and is part of the marketing team.

Cyndie Rapoza-Riegel

Cyndie is also a founding member of Riegel Property Management.  Cyndie oversees all aspects of the financial department.

Glenn Rapoza

Glenn began his position at Riegel Property Management in 2002.  He is the Vice President of Operations.

Jackie Tom

Brian Riegel

Brian left a career in sales to start working at Riegel Property Management in 2004.  He leases units, oversees tenant relations, collects rents, and works with onsite managers.

Jana Nishimoto

Jana was hired by Riegel Property Management in 2012.  She focuses on rental policy changes, works with onsite manangers, and is part of the marketing team.
